I started the year with a resolution to read more as I hardly got to read last year.I am so proud to say I have just finished reading my 15th book and I decided to compile this list to share my ten favourites and the ones which I feel have been particularly powerful.
I believe a book can inspire new and fresh ideas as well as different ways of thinking which have the positive knock on effect of introducing the power to transform our lives.I usually start my day with reading a chapter,sometimes two depending on how much time I have,whilst enjoying my morning coffee.我发现这真的有助于我今天的心态，结合日记和冥想。I spend an hour a day on this and it has really changed the way I approach my day.

A great work book style book which helps you map out your desires,goals and work out what you want to do.
You Are a Badass at Making Money: Master the Mindset of Wealth by Jen Sincero
The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F**k: The bestselling book everyone is talking about (A No F*cks Given Guide) by Sarah Knight
This is such a fantastic book on teaching you how not to be bogged down by negative situations and how to block out the fear of what people might think of you.Written so well,以及地铁旅行的完美读物。
Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown
