鸡蛋咖喱

Egg curry is the one comfort dish that invokes so much nostalgia about growing up in Kenya.每当我们和家人朋友聚在一起的时候,它就被吃掉了。

  • 4 eggs
  • 1大番茄,有毛刺的
  • 1 large red onion,切碎

  • 2 tablespoons oil

方法:

  1. 在平底锅里加水3/4,煮沸。加一撮盐和鸡蛋,把火关小。把鸡蛋煮10分钟。
  2. Meanwhile,heat 2 tablespoons oil in your kadai or wok on medium heat.
  3. 加入孜然籽和胡椒粒,当它们开始发出嘶嘶声时,mix in the onions.重要的是让这些食物煮到软的大约10分钟。
  4. 现在鸡蛋应该煮熟了,所以把这些拿掉热,把锅里的水放掉,洗放在一边让它们冷却。
